Now that Early Bird registration is open, we want to start introducing you to the top researchers who will speak on topics such as infant development, separation, sleep, and the importance of infant contact!
We are beyond honored to introduce you to: Kerstin Uvnäs Moberg MD, Ph.D. Dr. Moberg is widely accepted as the worldwide authority on oxytocin. An author of over 400 research papers and multiple books, her work has impacted multiple fields, including obstetrics, psychology, pediatrics, and child development.
Dr. Moberg has studied the physiological mechanisms involved in birth and breastfeeding, as well as the physiological and behavioral maternal adaptation that occurs during birth and breastfeeding. She continues to expand her research which takes place at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, and at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences in Uppsala, where she is a Professor of Physiology.
Besides being fantastically knowledgable about all things oxytocin she is exquisitely articulate on how to help new families understand this information and why they might be interested in adding more oxytocin to their lives. The best part? You will go home with a PLAN OF ACTION with which to put everything you've learned into practice immediately.
We have more to announce soon, so stay tuned to the BOND blog for weekly updates on the amazing things you can expect at BOND!
